The brief introduction of inks?

There are three types based on the nature of the ink: UV ink, solvent ink, and water-based ink. These three forms of ink, in reality, have distinct features.

UV inks: UV inks are commonly used in inkjet printing because of their unique cure, which is a quick cure without penetration or evaporation. UV inks have three main characteristics: energy-saving drying, broad substrate printability (nearly all materials), and quick cure to cut down on following process times.

Solvent ink: Solvent-based inks may be applied to a range of substrates in the inkjet area, and the substrates employed are generally inexpensive. Outdoor pictures, in example, are more durable and less expensive than water-based inks, and they don't require film coating, which enhances manufacturing efficiency. Billboards, body advertising, and other sites where printing was previously impossible have all been made possible by solvent-based inkjet printers.

Water-based ink: Water-based ink has the characteristics of consistent ink colour, high brightness, strong tinting strength, strong adhesion after printing, flexible drying time, and good water resistance because it primarily employs water as a solvent. In comparison to other inks, because aqueous ink does not include volatile hazardous organic solvents, it has no negative impact on the operator's health during the printing process, and it does not pollute the atmosphere or the printed content.
