Before heat transfer, we should prepare the following 5 essential products first: DTF film, DTF printer with powder&dryer (sheet printer + dryer), TPU powder, heat press machine, and fabrics that need to be transferred.
Steps:
1.Set the printing data on the computer which connect the printer, put the DTF film, start to print.
2.Put the TPU powder into the box where the powder is stored.
3.The film which was been printed and sticked the powder will get into the dryer.
4.The dried film will be a roll.
5.Cut the patterns seperately and ready for heat press.
6.Open the heat press machine, adjust the proper temperature and time. Then put the fabric on the heat press board and keep smooth, then put the film on fabric and let the pattern side touches the fabric, put down the heating plate, open it when the time over.
7.Peel the film.
Then you will get a very beautiful fabric with your favorite pattern.
