How to properly attach the screen to the screen system for screen printing?

The following procedures should be followed to properly attach the screen to the screen system.
(1) Check the screen system's clamps and jaws, i.e., the sharp edges that come into contact with the screen.
Before inserting the screen, correct any defects.
(2) If using a single pneumatic screen clamp, move each clamp so that there is no gap between them. Gaps will cause uneven tension.

3) Align one side of the screen and place it into the screen machine. Using the torn side will help ensure that the edges of the screen are straight when they are inserted into the clamps, without clamping the selvedge of the screen. There should be enough screen loaded into the clamping device, and the screen in the corners should be relatively loose.

(4) Clamp the aligned screen, starting from one side and then moving to the other side. Pull the screen firmly while the clamp is locked to prevent the screen from being clamped or wrinkled. If overlap or wrinkles occur, loosen the clamp and re-clamp the screen.
(5) Once the first side is locked in place, lock the opposite side so that the screen is taut. Check again to see if the screen is square and if there are any wrinkles or ripples when it is clamped.

(6) Use the same method to clamp the third side. The screen is loose on the third side, so do not push the screen into the clamp too much, otherwise it will produce obvious ripples and wrinkles.
(7) Use the method in step 5 to lock the final fourth side.
(8) The corners can be loosened appropriately.
