(4) The screen stretching equipment must meet the requirements of screen stretching. For example, the specifications of the chuck must be consistent, and the firmness of the screen clamping must be consistent. All parts of the screen stretching equipment operate well.
(5) The tension of the screen stretching must be uniform and appropriate. Determine the corresponding screen stretching tension according to different screens to avoid excessive or insufficient tension. At the same time, pay attention to ensuring that the tension of the entire screen surface is uniform. In particular, pay attention to the consistency of the tension at the four corners and the center of the screen frame.
