What are the reasons for screen marks on the printed ink film? How to avoid it?

After printing, screen marks sometimes appear on the ink film on the surface of the substrate. The main reason is the poor fluidity of the ink.
Screen printing forms images by transferring the ink through the screen holes to the substrate. During the printing process, after the squeegee is scraped, when the screen printing plate leaves the substrate, the screen marks on the printed surface are filled by the flow of ink, making the surface ink layer of the printed product smooth and flat. If the ink has poor fluidity, when the screen printing plate is lifted, the ink flow is relatively small, and the screen marks cannot be filled, and a smooth and flat ink layer cannot be obtained.
In order to prevent screen marks after printing, the following methods can be used.
① Use ink with greater fluidity for printing.
② Consider using ink with slow drying speed to increase the leveling time of the ink and make the ink gradually solidify.
③ Try to use a single wire mesh with a finer wire diameter when making plates.
