Screen printers generally have this experience: nylon mesh has good elasticity and high elongation. Polyester mesh has low elongation. The elongation of mesh is related not only to the material, but also to the mesh number. Generally, the elongation of high-mesh screens is higher than that of low-mesh. In multi-color fine printing, to ensure printing quality, choosing a suitable mesh count is also one of the important factors.
